Be theimpossible.

Age defying.Podium chasing.

Started racing at 55. Now chasing MotoAmerica history as its oldest podium finisher. I'm here to prove what's possible and inspire you to ask: Why not you?

It's never too late

It's nevertoo late.

JP Powell started his racing career at 55, earned his pro license at 57, and gridded for his first MotoAmerica race at 58.

Most people treat certain ambitions as expired — responsibilities accumulate, the passion gets postponed. Joel entered professional motorcycle racing in the second half of his life and now lines up against riders who have spent most of theirs in the sport.

The PodiumProject

Why not you?

My pursuit of becoming the oldest MotoAmerica podium finisher, and sharing the work behind the goal.

From building the motorcycle to training my body and mind, this is an honest look at preparation, setbacks and progress. The method is simple: Outwork. Outlearn. Outrecover. Outprepare.

For anyone who has put a meaningful ambition on hold, the question is yours, too: Why not you?

Outwork

Volume of the right work.

Outlearn

Faster feedback loops.

Outrecover

Capacity to repeat it.

Outprepare

Nothing left to chance.

CHAMPPlan

Do you care for your health — or wait to repair it?

CHAMP is about starting a different conversation around healthcare—helping employers take a more proactive approach to employee wellness instead of simply waiting for health problems to happen.

I connect business owners, employer decision-makers, and brokers with the CHAMP team to explore the program, ask questions, and determine whether it makes sense for their organization.

Why it matters to me

Racing at this age leaves no room for reactive repair. Longevity is built ahead of time — the same thinking CHAMP brings to the workplace.

Most change starts with a conversation. If you run a business, make benefit decisions, or know an employer who should hear about a more proactive approach to employee wellness, I'm happy to make the introduction.
